Timothy rates Joe Budden pretty high on the merits of his talent regardless of accomplishments in music. So I had to question just how good Lil Dicky is compared to today’s rap scene. He tried to rebuttal with a number of competitors and had to finally give up. We settled on one rapper being better going into 2018 (spoiler: it’s not Jay-Z or Kendrick)
